A.I celebrate and honor all genders, races, sexualities, and bodies. This is non-negotiable for my brand. Any vendor I recommend or work with is also carefully vetted to ensure they are aligned with this inclusive mindset and committed to your comfort.

A.Wherever your story takes us! I’m based in the DMV area and available for travel worldwide with a valid passport and Real ID ready to go.

♡ Weddings: Travel is included within 150 miles of zip code 20910, as well as New York City and Chicago. Anything beyond that radius is billed at a flat rate to cover logistics.

♡ Portraits Sessions: Travel is included as outlined in your specific session package. Custom locations outside these regions can easily be added with a travel fee.

A.YES! When you book with me, you get my eye and unique artistic vision as your lead photographer (plus my second photographer if your package includes one).

I personally photograph every wedding and session on my calendar to ensure a cohesive experience from start to finish. In the rare event of an extreme emergency out of my control, I have a trusted network of high-level local professionals on standby. While that has not happened, your coverage will always be fully protected.

A.You will never have to chase me down! I pride myself on prompt communication. Most inquiries receive a response within 3–5 hours, and always within 48 hours (even during peak wedding weekends).

Here is what you can expect based on your booking:
♡ Weddings & Elopements
• Before Booking: We’ll schedule a quick, no-pressure Discovery Call to chat about your vision. Afterward, I’ll send over a custom draft timeline you can keep, whether we work together or not!
• After Booking: You’ll get a Welcome Email with my direct cell number and live calendar link. All packages include unlimited planning sessions, with two required check-ins (an initial kick-off call to get important timeline information & a final review 1–2 weeks before your wedding).
• Day-to-Day Touchpoints: Feel free to text me anytime with dress reveals, Pinterest boards, or quick decor questions. I love staying in the loop!

♡ Portrait & Brand Sessions
• Standard Sessions: Simply complete the brief questionnaire at booking. I’ll review your details and email your confirmation/invoice within 12 hours.
• Proposals: We’ll do a brief FaceTime/Google Meet to map out the vision before finalizing your proposal and invoice.
• Brand Sessions: You’ll submit your initial details at booking, and then we’ll hop on a quick Discovery Call. We’ll dive into your brand’s personality, confirm any studio rentals or location logistics, and make sure we’re aligned on your vision before I send over a Welcome Email and invoice.

A.Step 1. Dual-Slot Redundancy: I shoot exclusively on dual-slot cameras, creating an instant, simultaneous backup onto a second memory card the moment I click the shutter.

Step 2. Immediate Backup: As soon as your event/session concludes, the raw files are immediately backed up onto an external hard drive.

Step 3. Secure Storage: The files remain in multiple locations until the complete, edited gallery has been delivered to you.

A.♡ Elopement & Wedding Collections: A sneak peek is delivered within 15 days of your event, with the complete gallery following within 12 weeks.

♡ Sessions: Your complete gallery is delivered within 7 weeks. Sneak peeks are not included by default for portrait sessions, but you can easily add them on when booking!

A.I offer customized payment plans for all Wedding and Session Packages.

The Key Policy: Your date is fully reserved only once the retainer has been paid. The remaining balance for your Elopement/Wedding is due one month before the event, and the remaining balance for your Session is due one week prior.

A.I hold an active insurance policy through The Hartford. If your venue requires Proof of Insurance or needs to be listed as an Additional Insured, I'm happy to provide the necessary documentation with advance notice.
